How to install, reinstall, or uninstall the FitMama app

Install the app

1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

2. Search for FitMama.

3. Tap Install or Get.

4. Open the app once installation is complete.

5. Sign in to your account.

Reinstall the app

If you're experiencing issues, reinstalling the app can often help.

1. Delete the FitMama app from your device.

2. Open the App Store or Google Play Store.

3. Download FitMama again.

4. Log back into your account.

Your account, workouts, and subscription are saved to your account and won't be lost.

Uninstall the app

iPhone

1. Touch and hold the FitMama app.

2. Tap Remove App.

3. Tap Delete App.

Android

1. Touch and hold the FitMama app.

2. Tap Uninstall.

3. Confirm removal.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
