If you need help with FitMama, our support team may ask you to share your account info. This helps us quickly locate your account and troubleshoot the issue.
How to find your account details
Open the FitMama app.
Go to Profile.
Tap Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Tap your account details.
Your account information will automatically be copied to your clipboard. Once copied, simply paste the account details into your message to our support team.
Note: Your password is never included or shared when you copy your account details.
