We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to be as fair and transparent as possible. How refunds are handled depends on where you originally subscribed. This article explains how refunds work and what to expect.
FitMama subscriptions are processed by the platform you signed up through:
Apple (iOS): Refunds are handled by Apple
Android (Google Play): Refunds are handled by Google
Web: Refunds are handled directly by FitMama
💡 Important: FitMama cannot issue refunds for Apple or Google Play subscriptions. Those platforms control billing and refunds.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, all refund requests must be submitted to Apple. To request a refund on Apple:
Go to Apple’s Report a Problem page
Sign in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe
Select FitMama
Choose Request a refund
Follow Apple’s steps to submit your request
Apple reviews refund requests individually, and approval is determined by Apple, not FitMama.
If you subscribed through Google Play, refunds are handled by Google. To request a Google Play refund:
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon
Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
Select FitMama
Choose Request a refund (if available)
Follow Google’s instructions
Google determines refund eligibility and approval.
If you subscribed directly through the FitMama website, refunds are reviewed by our team according to the policy below.
We offer refunds if:
Your request is submitted within 7 days of purchase
Refunds may not be issued if:
The request is made after 7 days
A full billing period has already been used
The subscription has already renewed
We do our best to be fair and thoughtful in every case.
Contact us using the email associated with your account
Include your receipt or subscription email, if available
Let us know what’s going on, we’ll take a look and get back to you
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Your subscription will be canceled
Access to FitMama may end immediately or at the end of the billing period
Refund timing depends on Apple, Google, or your payment provider. It would generally take 3-5 business days for it to show on your bank statement.
