We’re sorry to see you go! If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. The steps depend on where you originally subscribed. This guide will walk you through each option.
FitMama subscriptions are managed by the platform where you signed up:
Apple (iOS): Managed through Apple
Android: Managed through Google Play
Web: Managed through FitMama
💡 Important: Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store:
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your Apple ID at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Select FitMama
Tap Cancel Subscription
Confirm cancellation
You’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
If you subscribed through Google Play:
Open the Google Play Store app
Tap your profile icon
Tap Payments & subscriptions
Select Subscriptions
Choose FitMama
Tap Cancel subscription
Follow the prompts to confirm
Your access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
If you subscribed directly through the FitMama website, cancellation is handled through your subscription management link.
Option 1: Use Your Original Email Receipt
Check the email you received when you first signed up
That email includes a link to manage your subscription
Use that link to cancel your subscription
Option 2: Request the Link from the App
Open the FitMama app
Go to Profile > Settings
Tap Manage Subscription
We’ll send you a secure link to manage or cancel your subscription
Once canceled, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
You keep full access until your current billing period ends
You won’t be charged again
Your account and progress remain saved if you choose to return
