Delete Account

We’re sorry to see you go! If you’d like to delete your FitMama account, you can do so directly in the app. This article walks you through the steps and explains what happens after deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account from within the FitMama app at any time.

Steps:

1. Open the FitMama app

2. Go to Profile

3. Tap the Settings icon

4. Select Delete Account

5. Complete the short feedback questionnaire

6. Confirm Delete Account

Once confirmed, your account will be deleted immediately.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

When you delete your account:

• You’ll be instantly logged out

• You’ll lose access to your account

• Your workouts, progress, and saved data will be permanently deleted

This action cannot be undone.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Deleting your FitMama account does not cancel your subscription. If you have an active subscription, refer to the Cancel subscription guide.
