We know login issues can be frustrating. This guide walks through the most common reasons you might be having trouble logging into FitMama and how to fix them.
Before trying anything else, make sure:
You’re using the same email or sign-in method you used when creating your account
Your internet connection is stable
The app is updated to the latest version
If you signed up with an email:
Go to the FitMama login screen
Tap Forgot Password
Enter the email you used to sign up
We’ll send you a password reset link via email
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email
Follow the link to create a new password
Once reset, return to the app and log in.
Try the following:
Close and reopen the app
Check for app updates
Restart your device
Make sure your operating system is up to date
If the issue continues, it may be a temporary technical issue.
